As with everything from PB Tech the service is terrible once payment is complete. We had a number of computers built by them recently and they made a few mistakes. When asked to fix these we were passed from dept to dept and still are missing about $6k worth of products. I've had shoddy service from PB Tech before but this is the worst. I'm an ex customer now.

So I bought this product as part of Boxing Day Sale ( 26th Dec 2020) and this product was NOT ready for collection until Easter ! Apr-2021. After repeated chase-ups, I finally managed to get this chair and its been two weeks since I am using it and so far no major complains.

Recently purchased this chair to work from home. It has helped alleviate a lot of back and neck pain when sitting for long periods. My only feedback would be to have the headrest slightly tighter, to make sure it doesn't move when being used.

The chair is so comfortable and I just bought a second one, but I missed the promotion. It is still worth to pay more, as the chair is fully function and slide function really helped me to sit very comfortably. Consider my size over 120KG and 1.88M.

Very easy to assemble. Good lumber support. Design fits a medium to tall person. Not the best fit for a petite person.
