It's best feature is the price, you get what you pay for.

The feature is it's compact size, but the scrolling system is annoying and hard to use, and i have had to buy a smart phone as the nokias capacity is too limited. It's an ok cheap phone if all you want it for is making and receiving calls.

Easy and simple

Easy to use. To receive txt messages from MyGov or the bank when signing in, you have to leave the mobile date set to on. I leave it off at all other times. Buttons are a bit small for my man hands

Not suitable for Australia

Within 3 hours from purchasing, the adhesive that was holding the keypad onto the phone had worn off, most likely due to the hot weather. This caused the keypad to fall off, making it significantly harder to use. More tactile buttons would have been ideal, but unfortunately the build quality of this Nokia feature phone wasn't anywhere close to how they used to be.

Keypad is the main problem

The phone is good in general. However the keys are not comfortable at all to type with, very small and closed to each other. Never recommend it to an elderly person. Don't make my mistake. Nokia 2720 is a much better option for this purpose. If you have no problem with typing then go for it.

Good for the old schol

Does as it should , after having a big android this is a big step back and the battery life is a bit small but it does what I expected and my screen time had dropped and that was the goal , thanks Nokia for these phones. Very happy with it.
