Is working great for extending WiFi to a detached building. I'm getting about 350Mbs over the power line when using wired. I've disabled the 5ghz radio at the moment, which can provide greater speeds than 2.4ghz. With 2.4ghz I consistently get 150Mbs about 35 feet away (through 3 walls). Very happy.

This is not what we usually use to configure an extension to a wireless network; however, the client was very price conscious so we purchased this for them. It was relatively easy to plug in, and a tad more complex to synchronize along to the existing network and security settings.

The instructions and the hand drawn diagram the two clerks gave me at Office Depot in Springdale, OH made it so easy for this 70 year old to use The NetGear Powerline 1000 Homeplug Wi-Fi Adapter Kit, PLW1000100NAS in the basement's studio and recreation area.

Didnt work. Waste of money

To eliminate the monthly rental charge of our internet router I replaced it with one we purchased. Apparently the one we selected wasn't as powerful as the rental from the cable company and internet reception in one room was very poor. The Netgear Powerline 1000 solved this problem.

Setup was super easy. True plug and play. Plug into power point and modem in house & turn on, plug into power point in shed & turn on and there it is a wireless network in my shed. That simple and works in all 3 areas of shed even with steel walls for each. Also 3 to 4 metres range outside the shed.

It's so easy to install.

Great product and improved wifi heaps

Unfortunately the Ipad I bought from you less than 6 months ago crashed last week. As you weren't open for repairs on the weekend I had to have an outside agent fix it. The cost is $125.

I am so happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone it is just amazing, Finally great WiFi service not only in the home but in my Shed too where I am working from with Covid 19. If your WiFi isn't running great with everyone on WiFi and you need to get away from the kids you need one of these!!! Thanks Good Guys.
