I bought this to get a better connection on the opposite of my home from where my modem is. Set up took me acouple minutes and it was good to go. Even tested out the secure connection to make sure my neighbors could not tap into my internet and the connection was completely secure and I could only...

Great (so far)

Easy to install. Works great. I gave 5 stars (provisionally) assuming it will continue to work.

These ethernet adaptors have enabled me to get high speed internet in the second floor of my home and reaches my router easily, which is in the first floor.

Speed and Setup

Setup is really easy.. speeds are ok ..getting up to 25mbyte or 200 mbit per second. Seems to handle 4K streaming mostly ok.. no probs with 1080p. Make sure not to plug into power blocks. All good 4/5 stars.

Great item

I was a bit sceptic of the product and read a lot of reviews. But in the end I purchased the Netgear PLP2000 Pass thru Powerline 2000 Kit and was not disappointed at all, it is a great product and have bought more to install in my loungeroom to supply our entertainment instead of over the wifi.

Great coverage around the entire house. The only one downside - it does not have wi fi capability

No signal or packet drops.

So easy

Pretty much plug and play - so simple to set up. Does the job even when both units are installed on power boards. It's handy to have the option of two ports on each unit. The only problem is that the unit connected to the router doesn't go into automatic standby to save power even when the other paired unit is not being used and is on standby.
