What a machine! I have had my machine 5 months now and I thought it was time to sing it praise. My washing comes out smelling so fresh and clean each and every load. Even the bath mats come out clean. Love that what ever I throw at this machine it has no problem. Was a little noisy at the start, but after a few washes nothing the only time I hear it now is when it is spinning and finished

I bought this machine 3 months ago and the control panel has frozen. I spoke with Miele team and they referred a serviceman in our local area. Can't have a technician out for 2 weeks. Other reviews regarding this machine have had this exact problem.

It's great. Cycles are a bit long but otherwise all excellent.

This machine is fantastic. Quiet, easy to operate, love it!
