The Surface Go 3 is an okay laptop that can sometimes be a mediocre tablet.
Super portable, Full desktop OS, Nice display
Poor performance relative to competition, Necessary accessories are an added cost, Minor changes from last year

The Microsoft Surface Go 3 makes the Surface Go 2 look like a fluke. Just like the original Surface Go, the new model's battery life disappoints. Its performance is also troublesome, and will be a let-down for multitaskers.
Colorful display, Solid design and durability, Excellent webcam
Battery life is much shorter than the Go 2, Performance is no better than the Go 2, Optional Type Cover keyboard is cramped, Heavier than competing tablets
Overall, I feel the Surface Go 3 is a good device though not exceptional. Sure, I get that Microsoft is charging a premium for the Surface Go 3 (the cost drastically increases when you include the accessories).
The Microsoft Surface Go 3 is a fully-featured, Windows 11, 10.5" tablet that is perfect for for travel, students, and commuters.
Enough power for everyday tasks and content consumption, Expandable to dual 4K@60Hz screens, Fair price for Windows 11 tablet
No IP rating (few tablets have this)
The Surface Go 3 remains quite unrivaled, since there are hardly any Windows convertibles with such small displays. This device class is now dominated by Android and iOS tablets. Microsoft's small convertible is more versatile with the new Windows 11, but you should not expect too much because the...
sturdy housing, Display with very accurate color representation, Wi-Fi 6 & microSD, silent operation, optionally with LTE
low power, PWM flickering, mediocre battery life, only 1x USB-C
The things I do like about the Surface Go 3 are its bright and colorful display, and the Surface Pen, though it will set you back an additional $99. If you want to use it as a laptop, then you have to shell out another $129 for the Surface Go Type Cover.
Bright and colorful display, Solid speakers, Good build quality, 1080p webcam
Poor battery life, Weak performance, Accessories sold separately
Bought this for work and it's perfect for my needs.
I was looking for a new laptop and was hesitant when I purchased the surface go even after seeing all the reviews online I am still blown away by this device and truely wish I had bought one previously.
Would be better if you wern't forced to enter in your microsoft account details, but the device it's self is well made with good battery life. Video performance is good for media consumption and touch screen is responsive.
Purchased this as a replacement for my Surface Pro 4 and am really pleased that I did .Great Value for money in a compact size.
