The back is kinda soft. It may be too soft to protect the gimbal. The solo transmitter is a little tall for the bag so its difficult to find the perfect placement. On the plus side everything fits. 3 batteries,charger,extra props. I take the props off. Should help me take my solo out more.

I looked at and different bags. I was very pleased with this one for my Phantom 3. Everything fit, but there is room to grow as needed.

Great bag! Perfect for carrying around your drone, however be aware it is quite large and bulky. Using public transport with it is not ideal, however it's definitely do-able.
