However, if you are already a proud user of Logitech's G502 mouse, there isn't enough of an upgrade to justify the cost, unless you want to experience the HERO 16K sensor, and want to have the best of everything when it comes to gaming.

Logitech G502 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse

The Logitech G502 Lightspeed feels exceptionally comfortable and works as well as any wireless or, dare we say, wired mouse we've used recently. In the end, the question is whether or not it's worth the money.

Wireless with almost no latency; Great battery life; Wireless charging with PowerPlay mousepad

Expensive; Lighting isn't visible when in use

Logitech G502 Hero

The G502 Hero's design is a bit overcomplicated, but it's still the go-to heavy palm grip mouse with a new, even better sensor.

Logitech G502 Proteus Core review: heads and tails above the rest

I can't fault Logitech on the G502's build quality, nor can I smash it on appearance. I will say that it's probably the most comfortable gaming mouse I've ever used, but is it worth it for non-FPS gamers?

Review: Logitech G502 gaming mouse is a return to form

No box is left unchecked with this rodent. It's perfectly ergonomic for most hand sizes, with buttons you won't ever miss or accidentally hit. Rubber inlays on both sides work with any hand position and you won't be fudging up a move through sweat-slip (new word!).

The Logitech G502 Proteus Spectrum does everything a perfect mouse should do. It's highly customisable, it looks good, works flawlessly and it is durable.

Good ergonomics Highly customisable Feels comfortable while using Plenty of programmable inputs Variable sensitivity adjustment Durable cable Appealing design Software interface is very effective for tuning

Teflon stands may wear off Scroll wheel too sensitive Cable may feel too heavy
