Lightweight, but heavy enough when you place the weights in it. High customization for button mapping, RGB colors, and DPI. Multiple profiles allow me to use different settings that I have specified, and it is very comfortable in my hand. Overall, a really great mouse and am super happy with it.

This mouse meets most of my expectations. I'm not using it for gaming, I wanted something with programmable buttons, macros and a selectable free scrolling wheel with good angular momentum for work/study.

However, if you are already a proud user of Logitech's G502 mouse, there isn't enough of an upgrade to justify the cost, unless you want to experience the HERO 16K sensor, and want to have the best of everything when it comes to gaming.

Might pressed other buttons but it is no big deal because it is quite easy to get used to it. I have tried a mouse that is worse design, so i think the buttons are reasonably placed well on this mouse. The mouse is very comfortable to hold.

Logitech didn't change much with the G502 Hero, but it didn't have to. For three years I kept some variation of the G502 on my desk, swapping it out for reviews but always returning to it afterward.

Scroll wheel broke within the first week and now it freewheels like fidget spinner. Useless.

Bought this mouse for my grandson as part of his birthday and he loves this item. This was expensive but well worth the money according to my grandson, it takes up a lot of space on his computer table, but feels it is well worth the asking price.

As you might have guessed from the name, the Logitech G502 Hero is a slightly fancier version of Logitech's classic £50 / $50 G502 gaming mouse . For an extra £30 / $30 , you can bag yourself a 16000 DPI sensor as opposed to a 12000 one, left and right clickers with a 50 million click endurance...

The G502 Hero's design is a bit overcomplicated, but it's still the go-to heavy palm grip mouse with a new, even better sensor.
