Incredible for group videoconferencing

A really valuable investment for my school system!

The remote with HD camera allows for all to be seen easily; The built in echo cancelling microphone and speaker, however, really makes the difference over any other webcam I've seen for group videoconferencing!

No weaknesses I've come across

Portable Videoconferencing From Logitech

The ConferenceCam Connect from Logitech is aimed at providing an affordable videoconferencing solution that bridges the gap between the basic Skype on a PC and the larger and more expensive videoconferencing suites and is a portable all-in-one solution that is suitable for meetings of up to 6 or so...

Great Webcam for small-mid sized conference rooms

The camera was not meant to work with Logitech software. Disagree with the other reviewer, this product is for IT pro's in a corporate environment, but it is for those without big budgets.

Reasonably fast autofocus, nice depth of view; Ideal for meeting rooms with less 20 people; Have not found any other PTZ camera in the sub $500 range

The remote is very choppy, better off using the buttons instead; Have not found a way for remote site to control PTZ, but that's more a function of the software; A little disappoint in the audio of the unit, wound up using a separate speakerphone 95% of the time

Logitech BCC950 ConferenceCam

No matter how much we would like to see a cheap camera with a dazzling performance backed up by excellent features, we can't. Those which are affordable have a poor performance in general. And those that cost a lot are known to deliver a majority of goodies.
