If you're looking for a portable monitor with a high quality screen then the ThinkVision M14 does the job brilliantly. As long as you're ok with USB-C connectivity and fiddly buttons.

Portable and cost effective

I got one for my partner as she works out of town a lot and liked it so much I bought myself one. Its great as a second screen on the road and the USBC passthrough is handy on it so its charger to monitor to laptop, no other power supplies required.
