I have no feedback. I love this laptop!

This laptop has a 14 screen size and is very sleek. If your looking for a decent laptop for you child or yourself this is the one! It has an excellent privacy shutter. I can't say this laptop has a keyboard that is comfortable as the ThinkPad brand but it is ok and I would definitely get it. It hasn't had a single windows problem to date and has very fast connectivity. It is a little expensive though but if you can find a deal that it is really worth it. I would buy it for my high school kids or kids in stage 3 which is why the following features would not be required. But please note if you want the following features no matter what then you probably won't get this: - 2 in 1 - Touchscreen - Large screen - Super comfortable keyboard - Other colours (it only comes in silver now)

Works Great

Product works great, screen could be a little better, looks a little washed out, but guess thats the price point. Overall happy with it, starts up quick, good network connection, plenty of storage for what I need, and nice and light. Battery life very good.

Everything you need in an average laptop

The first laptop I received came with a screen defect, but that was easy enough to sort and the Good Guys gave me a replacement with minimal fuss. Pros: good storage, fast, decent enough battery, webcam shutter for extra privacy, plenty of USB ports, sleek finish, decent screen. Cons: all of these are minimal. Adaptive brightness seems to be set to on as the default, but it isn't in the general settings. Instead it's buried in the Intel Graphics Command Centre. The keyboard layout may be uncomfortable for some. The fans took some adjusting to get used to. I had to manually add power settings as it only gave the option of balanced power use. I haven't yet worked out how to stop it from automatically booting once I open the lid after shut down, which is quite odd. Standard Windows bloatware etc. If you're needing a laptop for school or uni, or basic enough working-from-home type tasks (video calls, web browsing, streaming) this laptop is very suitable.
