Awesome portable speaker for sound quality. Nice sounding bass and vocals. Not as loud as other speakers but you can have it full blast and it still sounds crisp unlike others. Easy to connect to laptop so great soind quality for movies. It is a bit on the heavy side but that tells me that there's some good stuff inside. Would definitely recommend over other speakers of similar or greater price.

This is an under-rated product. I did a lot of research on the net, read so many reviews and I was 100% decided on UE Megaboom, but just tried everything at the store. Both myswlf and mywife heard it for 5 seconds and we both were instantly blown away. Still tried everything again with different tracks to make sure it is as good as we thought. No doubt. Been 3 weks since I got this, still loving it. Its heavy, so if you're planning to carry it in your backpack,its probably not for you because of its weight. Other than that, I dont see a reason to look elsewhere.

Unfortunately the volume does not go high enough. Otherwise its ok for a couple of people to listen to, but not substantial for a small gathering or party. Ive purchased similar products for quarter of the price that has louder volume control.
