Good little compact machine for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For its price its a good machine, but most cycles take a long time to run 1h+ steam is 3hr+, compared to a top loader. But I do like the steam option. The spin does not do as good a job as a top loaded... but probably comparable with other front loaders. I have a hardwood floor on stumps, so it does vibrate the whole laundry and often travels a bit on the final spin. It's as level as i can get it but need to put something under the feet to keep it from travelling. But it does the job, has some good temp and spin rpm options. I like its compactness and the steam cycle and the look. Its quite when running unless final spin and vibrating the floor, but all in all a good little machine.

Crapped itself after one wash

Within two hours of owning did one load of washing and wouldn't turn back on. Quick google search and turns out I'm not the only one to have this fault...

Silent Soldier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to spend a bit of time to make it balanced on the tile floor which wasnt that hard. Once it is balanced, someone hardly notice it is running, no nosie at all. Again had to struggle to connect it over my home wifi. Now it is connected and it is sending efficient notification of washer cycle even if im away home as it is connected to user account. LG thingQ aap has everthing in to make this wahser more user friendly. Water consumption as per rating, perfect! Just love it

Great Machine but misses some old functions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from my LG WD11020D. to this model . But im sorry to say that there are a few features that just dont hit the mark for me on this model. There is no rinse and spin cycle on this machine as there is in the older model. The steam cycle was sold to me on being able to quickly throw my clothes in and give them a quick freshen up but its actually a lengthy cycle you have to use. Its still a great machine and does the job. I LOVE how you can connect to WIFI and it tells you when its finished or you can do a remote start, thats awesome and the analysis of your cycles, download new cycles (I downloaded one just for Jeans!) In summary, its a great small machine, it works well for me as a 1 person household with a smaller space for it to fit too. Still love LG but just miss that rinse and spin function as featured on the older model.

Great value & cleans well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first front loader & are very impressed. The first load I paused & opened the door & a flood of foam came out....obviously too much detergent. The clothes are much cleaner than I've seen them & come out almost dry. Still coming to terms with wash cycle, but normal wash taking 1:15 its not that bad. There are a couple niggling things though. 1. The water valve opens & closes at the beginning several times, presumably to wet the entire load. Problem it it creates water hammer. Would be much better with soft close valves. 2. The auto-sensing takes several minutes before the water starts flowing. I have had a few occasions where I've forgotten to open the water taps. The machine makes an error noise but Ive left the laundry by then.
