The only problem I was having with it was washing in cold water and finding white soap stains and fluff on black garments even though it was a good cold water product, so I dissolve the soap powder in hot water before I add it and that seems to have fixed the problem. You definitely do need long arms as the tub is deep but if you want to be able to wash a good, big load then that is easily overcome. Nice and quiet, easy to remove the lint. Spins well. Give this machine a chance for you to get used to it because I reckon the benefits outweigh any doubts you may have at first.

I brought this washing machine a few days ago, over all I like it but some of the features good to with improving, like the weight system, I have to set it myself because it picks one that is to small, I had it full and it picked a 3. And the wool wash, most wool/ delicate items say to wash in a warm gentle wash, but you cant use warm water with the wool option Get rid of the weight option, and allow the lid to be open at the start, I use to love being able to use the running water to put sard soap into stains, and wash my hands afterwards with my last LG, now I can't

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent machine, very easy to use, quiet through the cycle. It has an enormous wash tub, big enough for a doona. Love the machine. Very pleased I chose this one. There is a couple of minor negatives. The machine stands quite tall so if you are 'height challenged' you may find it difficult to reach the bottom of the tub. The other issue is the lint filters are small and must be cleaned before every wash otherwise you can end up with lint patches on the load. On the upside, I really love the soft close lid and musical tune that plays when the wash has ended.

Our family likes to buy and use LG home appliances for many years. For example, in 2015, our new house installed LG central air conditioners (P/No: MFL62129202); in May 2017, we purchased LG refrigerators at the GOOD GUYS Castle Hill store ( GC-B519PLAZ, APZRAP1) and LG washing machines. The product quality is very good, energy-saving and water-saving, environmentally friendly products. It's just that the washing machine has malfunctioned recently, the water intake is abnormal after turning on (the set water level is not reached), and the washing is barely completed and the drain is not exhausted, so that the machine can not spin dry. Since the purchase invoice cannot be found, the repair cannot be contacted. Please help me arrange repairs

We were happy to consider LG as we have other LG appliances (e.g.TV, DVD,) which continue to serve us well. We researched several brands, but kept coming back to LG as having the washer which best suited our needs, and we have been very pleased with our decision. The WTG8521 has a wide variety of program choices, enabling us to choose either self-select or automatic operation. The control panel is clear, easy to understand and operate, the machine performs all functions to a very high standard and is beautifully QUIET when operating. We highly recommend this washing machine.

I boughtit to replace a Panasonic, with which I was very happy until it died, and althought this machine was cheaper, I think it does just as good a job! It is very quiet in operation, and I believe the clothes come out slightly drier after the spin cycle than they did with the previous machine. Some of the reviews complain about the automatic water level system but I found that the machine registers that the water level drops a little when the clothes absorb the water and happily tops itself up when needed. It is hard for some to trust a machine but this one is worthy of that trust. It is very simple to program and easy to use. I am very happy with this purchase
