A lot of thought and research went into my purchase, I read many many comments and a lot of others feed back. I was looking for a washing machine that for once could wash my king size bed sheets and donna cover in one load and do a good job. This machine was overall the stand out winner. It is not with out it's draw backs but compared to others it was a no brainer. This machine took a bit of learning and getting used to but it is worth it. The machine does a great job and I am very happy with it and the research I did was worn the effort.

The app created for the washing machine allows user to control it from far away, this is great for users who may not be at home and requires the washing to start and finish when they arrive to do the laundry. The washing aspect of the washing machine offers a wide variety of choices for users and their clothes, as different clothes may require different settings, therefore this washing machines can be used for a wide range of clothings.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. DO NOT SELL THIS PRODUCT. WORST WASHING MACHINE EVER!!! With other people, I have a horrible lint problem After washing, clothes always come out covered in lint and dust. I have to remove the lint and dust after every washing. LG top loader 14kg washing machines are notorious. They said there is a hidden filter but it is totally NOT working. Sadly, I found this after I bought it. I just believe LG will be good but I was wrong. DON'T BUY THIS AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the 14kg capacity but that's where the love ends! Wash programs are too long or don't allow you to make changes. The push button programming is very temperamental, most times I have to wait until I can finish programming and start the cycle because the buttons don't respond to my touch. The spin cycle is VERY loud. My first LG washing machine & it will be my last, contemplating selling it and purchasing something else but would feel sorry for the new owner.

Their jackets and bulky clothes . I washes quietly, quickly, throughly. I can do small loads for myself and jumbo sized ones when needed. It's the best washing machine I have ever had, and I am 69yrs this month, and have had a few machines in my life.

My clothes come out lint free and the washing cycle is relatively quick (compared to my last machine, that sometimes took 2-3 hours to do one load). The remote start feature is good too, it saves me waiting around at home for extended periods of time.
