Excellent Phone!

This phone is severely underrated and has just about everything a casual or power user could want. - Performance; the Snapdragon 821 is a very respectable chip. It's not the newest or most efficient, but in actual use you'll never know.

The best you can get for £400

"This phone is giving me 16 hours before a charge and nearly 6 hours of screen time unbelievable. The camera is fantastic, was worried the screen would be to dull how wrong i was and the aspect ratio is a massive advantage "

Amazing Screen; Best camera you can get; Great sound if only mono; Those bezels or lack of; Waterproof and Dust proof; needs a case

Great phone - takes good pictures and as speedy as any other phone I've seen in everyday use (i.e. ignoring benchmarks). Good battery life too. Any it's an absolute steal at the price it's available for now.

Terribly disappointed at this nap. My last two have been HTC's top models, and I've been very pleased with it until it was time to change (not because I was not happy with the phone without changing jobs etc.). This time it became a LG and the initial impression was positive.

LG G6 review: This affordable big screen business flagship doesn't compromise

The first G-branded phone was the LG G2 released in 2013. It wasn't until the LG G4 and the awesome leather back appeared that I seriously considered carrying one as my daily driver.

Large display in compact form factor; Outstanding camera performance; Water; dust; and shock resistant; Wireless charging; microSD expansion card slot; Solid battery life; Low price for a flagship phone

LG G6 – Review

I've gone through some phases with my smartphones. I switched over to Android with the HTC Hero. It was then a succession of HTC handsets before I switched to a Samsung Galaxy device, but since then I've been firmly glued to an LG device.

LG G6 Review: Versatility at its finest

Overall, the versatility of the LG G6 is unquestioned. This is a phablet, that feels like a standard phone. It has a set of cameras that adapts to your surroundings like no other dual-camera combo in the market. Best of all, it sports a design that will turn heads no matter where you go.

Outstanding build quality; Great design: It's a phablet that feels like a regular phone; Optimized for one handed use; Best dual-camera setup; Great photos; Good audio performance through headphones; IP68 water and dust resistant; Powerful performer

Third-party software needs to scale up to 18:9; Needs improved "one-handed" software approach; Lacks stereo speakers; Regular battery life; Stick to Platinum color; Black variant is a fingerprint magnet; Wireless charging can be slow

LG G6 review: A solid flagship Android smartphone with a large screen in a small(er) package

Budget, mid-range, flagship smartphones… there are plenty of smartphone options out there these days. We've reviewed a number of LG smartphones in the past and our LG G6 review takes a look at one of the company's latest to see how it stands up to previous models.

Premium looking design; Great photo quality; Crisp; clear screen with HDR and Dolby Vision support; microSD card slot; Plenty of display customization; Theme support; IP68 rated; Plenty of camera options

A few uninstallable pre-installed apps; Not a lot of HDR content currently available

Best LG phone since the Nexus 5

This is the first LG device I have enjoyed since the Nexus 5 from years ago. Now we finally have an LG that exudes the build quality that comes with it's flagship status. Feels really great in the hand and actually feel like the premium device that it is. So far I don't have any real complaints.

Flat Screen; Great Display; Great Build Quality; Dust & Water Resistance; Unique Design; Minimal but balanced bezels; UI Speed

No Stereo Speakers; Older Gorilla Glass 3 for screen; No LED Notification Light

LG G6 Review: The right phone at the wrong time

The G6 is a well-designed phone with a fantastic screen and camera, but it's going to have a hard time fending off Samsung's Galaxy S8.

Excellent compact design; Incredible HDR-compatible screen with unique proportions; Excellent app enhances an already great camera

Battery and processor are just OK for a 2017 phone; Some design quirks stand out
