Love this kettle. Looks great, love the blue interior light that illuminates the water and the keep temp feature is so handy. I chose Kitchen Aid over other brands due to the incredible customer service they have provided in the past. Very happy with my choice.

Nice looking kettle with good ergonomics & balance, great illuminated water level view window, boils fast with variable temp settings if required. Small niggle is that kid sticks a little - press release button & sometimes needs another harder press to open lid, should be smooth one-handed operation fir this kind of money.

Love this kettle, it's quiet, quick, can heat water to various temperatures which suits a variety of teas and it looks great. I bought the white kettle which goes with everything , I love the blue light shining through the water level chamber. There is nothing yet I don't like about this kettle, seems to have KitchenAid quality ..hopefully it will also have longevity.
