I would recommend this as a simple trackball that works well and is easy to use.

Cheap and nasty: stopped working properly after 3 months! Spend more, getsomething better!
A couple of months ago, I paid about thirty dollars for a Kensington Orbit Optical Mouse . This trackball mouse is one of the best input devices I've ever owned, or so I've discovered since I first attached it to my laptop. I hate laptop mice.

I have been using a track ball mouse for a number of years now i think it must be at least five.Find it very easy to use for working on my projects hobby restoration of old photos.
just so easy to uise
take a litle getting used to
I have used track-balls almost from the start of mousing. I hate real mice. There was one mechanical ball, early on, that worked really well, and is still produced, but the price is ridiculous.

Lack of a middle button that would work with Linux to paste
