Very difficult to use

Have bought many Juras . Like Mercedes a preferred brand Bought this one while our superior model was in for service. Can recommend this model

Its the easiest way to get a great coffee with little effort required, just a shame you cant fit a large mug in it but I dont mind having two cups every morning

This machine does require a lot of cleaning compared to delonghi but I still love it. It has many features to explore and try. Temperature is hot.

overall the machine is good, it generally works well, sometimes the coffee will be cold as the machine has failed to heat correctly. Cleaning functions are good. Easy to use

We bought an E5 in 2009 from Harvey Norman. It never faltered a day until it died recently. I was going to purchase another brand but felt that my husband was never going to be able to work it. Although this has a screen and buttons rather than a rotary dial, he was able to make coffee without any help from me. We use this machine in a basic ‘coffee beans in the top, coffee out the front’ way. It suits us perfectly. You can easily adjust the strength and volume. It prompts for cleaning and the water filter. Happy to have another Jura.

Great machine at a great price. It’s not over the top on features It just works and does what it’s meant to do.
