Jabra Elite 45h review

In some ways the Elite 45h are a no-brainer. They’ve got ample battery life, they’re affordable, they’re comfortable and they are a doddle to operate. And as far as the way they sound, it’s just as the woman said: “people who like this sort of thing will find this the sort of thing they like”.

Endlessly upbeat sound; Truly epic battery; Good control options, especially their app;

Endlessly upbeat sound; Leak sound quite readily; Will heat your ears sooner rather than later;

Jabra Elite 45h Review

We're seeing fewer new on-ear/over-ear Bluetooth headphones these days, especially in the affordable realm. There's nothing fancy about Jabra's new on-ear Elite 45h headphones—there's no noise cancellation, ambient listening mode, or fitness features—but what they do, they do quite well. For $99, the drivers deliver excellent audio, the fit is exceedingly comfortable, and the design is stylish and easy to operate. They also use the same app, with user-adjustable EQ and a number of other useful features, as some of our favorite, pricier Jabra models. That all makes these excellent on-ear headphones for the price, ideal for your home office, and an Editors' Choice.Design Available in black, navy blue, beige with gold details, black with gray details, or black with copper details, the supra-aural (on-ear) Elite 45h headphones have plush memory foam earpads lined with a leatherette covering. The underside of the headband is a cushioned, rubbery material, for a secure, lightweight fit ...

The on-ear Jabra Elite 45h headphones deliver excellent wireless audio and a ton of useful features for just $99.

Powerful, bass-forward audio performance; Useful app with adjustable EQ; Comfortable on-ear fit; Works with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant; Strong mic clarity

Combined volume/track navigation controls make it easy to accidentally skip a track

does not fit large heads

After years of wearing headphones, this is the first pair that I have found that just don't fit. The arms of the head band don't extend very far, so the pads only make it to top of my ears. The hinge on the ear pads also have limited range, so its not possible to get the ear pads aligned vertically to rest on your ears, especially when the arms are extended all the way. I have a large head, but have always been able to get headphones to fit previously. The webpage has a photo of a guy wearing the headphones, and he either has a tiny head or the headphones have been edited onto the image. Didn't get to check the sound quality since the fit was so poor, but the build quality was just OK.

JABRA ELITE 45H - TITANIUM BLACK 100-91800000-40 review

As you will have noticed, two of the three main flaws that I have listed here should not be prohibitive to anyone when it comes to a purchase decision for almost all consumers. The only black spot would be the form factor of the earpieces which are quite peculiar, and this is clearly not the most...

50-hour battery life, Affordable price, Strong bass with decent audio, Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, Sound+ application that works great

The design is too compact, Poor passive noise insulation, No ANC support, No HD audio codec support

JABRA ELITE 45H - TITANIUM BLACK 100-91800000-40 review

I have now reviewed several types and models of Jabra headphones and headsets. I really like the quality of their products, and was very happy to get the opportunity to test this model. I prefer over-the-air earcups as opposed to the on-ear earcups on this model.

The usual Jabra Build Quality, The solid Bluetooth connection, The decent wearing comfort, The surprisingly good audio reproduction for daily listening, The phone call quality for both parties, The ability to simultaneously pair with 2 smartphones, The Jabra+ app, The sleep mode is a great battery...

Its intended use matches its design and purpose

JABRA ELITE 45H - TITANIUM BLACK 100-91800000-40 review

The Jabra Elite 45h are great on-ear headphones for casual listeners who prioritize compactness and microphone quality above everything else. Despite some sound quality drawbacks, these are some of the best on-ear headphones under $100.

Battery life, Portable design, Warranty protects against rain and dust, Microphone quality, Google Assistant and Alexa support

SBC and AAC only, no aptX, Hard to differentiate and reach buttons, Bluetooth multipoint unreliable, No headphone jack

JABRA ELITE 45H - TITANIUM BLACK 100-91800000-40 review

These quick-charging wireless earphones, the Elite 45h, from the Danish manufacturer Jabra can be adapted to personal needs in many ways via their app. Both a sound profile based on a hearing test and a 5-band equalizer are available for an individually tailored listening experience.
