Now on my third headset within 12 months after the angled 3.5mm jack failed yet again due to its poor design and one ear goes mute. Why JBL didn't make this with a straight 3.5mm plug instead of angling it is a mystery. The constant plugging and unplugging of the jack into various devices has exposed this weak point. This isn't the first JBL audio product where I've had one side fail either. Given JBL's reputation I'm very disappointed.
