Bought these headphones a couple weeks ago and with some EQ the audio quality is exceptionally good for the price (bass was too low), the microphone is hands down the best you're gonna find in a headset at this price, much better than even more expensive headsets. It's comfortable enough to wear for hours but you'll always be aware that it's on your head, it's not one of those "put it on and forget" kind of headphones. The build quality is not great but what do you expect. I would definitely recommend these headsets to anyone on a budget who just want to get the job done.
Good bass; comfortable to wear; good shield to outside noise.
Used this for a couple weeks now and it's a standard headset. The microphone is detachable and the headset is comfortable as well. Good for gaming, not the best for listening to music as the bass isn't as loud. The cord for the headset isn't incredibly long and is thin, so it doesn't tangle. To mute the mic and adjust audio is on the left ear side, which is slightly impractical if you need to adjust quickly and rapidly, but good if you prefer having a standard audio volume on the headset.
The cheapest headset in the quantum range but also the only 40mm which is perfect for my young son. The light weight and soft cushion is perfect for long sessions of online schooling and gaming without compromising sound quality and microphone clarity.
I am using my headset for online meetings, demo's, training etc - work purposes. Sound is clear on my end & receivers end. Doesn't hurt my ears when utilising for a few hours. Headsets I used previously would hurt my ears after long periods.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Quantum 100 is a great headset. The sound quality is fantastic for this price point and rivals my Sennheiser PC 373D in terms of clarity. The microphone also sounds great and I love the fact that it is removable and has a mute button. The only lowpoints are that the ear cups are made of a vinyl-type material which sticks to my head, the ear cup depth is fairly shallow, so my ears touch the "bottom" of the headset, the cord is a little short at 4 ft, and the headset lacks some of the bass a higher priced headset includes. I recommend this headset to anyone who's looking for the best value in a dedicated gaming or general use headset.
