I have no regrets I bought this

Honestly the only thing I can complain is the fact that I would have liked a little bit more base but other than that, they are great for gaming and music lovers like myself

Kingston HyperX Cloud Alpha Headset Review

The $100 HyperX Cloud Alpha Pro Gaming Headset is likely going to represent a great value to many gamers. I however move around my office a lot, and the fact that is a corded headset is a deal-breaker for me.

Good value!

Good value! They showed up quickly, the cups and overhead band are comfortable. My girlfriend has no issues using them for long period of time either. The mic is easily removed with no issues. Only thing is, they could be a bit louder for my taste

HyperX Cloud Alpha Review

Class leading audio; Fantastic build quality; Top notch microphone; Extremely comfortable;

Audio quality is DAC dependant; No surround sound; Only one colour choice; Spare earpads aren't included;

Kingston HyperX Cloud Alpha

The Kingston HyperX Cloud Alpha is a very good wired gaming headset. It doesn't do anything fancy, but its excellent build quality and strong audio performance make it a compelling purchase.

Comfortable, solid design; Good audio quality; Includes two cables and a carrying bag

Lacks high-end finesse

Kingston HyperX Cloud Alpha Review

The Kingston HyperX Cloud Stinger impressed us last year with very strong performance and a solid design for a modest $50. The Cloud Alpha is the company's higher-end wired gaming headset. It's twice as expensive at $99.99, but features a nicer build, more powerful bass, and an improved, removable boom mic that makes it easier to use the headset as standard headphones when you're not gaming. It offers very good sound, though the Astro Gaming A10 has similar audio performance for just over half the price, making it our Editors' Choice. Design The Cloud Alpha is both sturdy and plush, with soft, well-padded faux leather over-ear earpads. The headset's frame is red anodized aluminum, which attaches to each earcup in a skeletal U-shaped strut that lets them pivot up and down. The frame is solid all the way from one earcup to the other, which means the headset can't fold down for easier storage. Red stitching on the headband and red HyperX logos on the back of each black plastic earcup...

Kingston's HyperX Cloud Alpha gaming headset couples good build quality with strong audio performance.

Comfortable, solid design; Good audio quality; Includes two cables and a carrying bag

Lacks high-end finesse

Kingston made things extremely difficult with the introduction of the Cloud in 2014. This headset is still a benchmark in its class, and in terms of construction quality, wearing comfort and music reproduction it still beats significantly more expensive competitors.

Good value, not overburdened with features

Great headset that works on all platforms. Sound is crisp and the noise canceling on the mic is excellent. It's comfortable, but has some weight to it and the ear covers are soft. Have had it for a week now and more than happy. Fast delivery and it arrived in perfect condition. Totally happy.
