I bought this end of April The wash cycle states 59 minutes when its close to 2.5hours!! The spin cycle goes off balance if there's more than a sock in the machine I constantly have to spin 3-4 times for my washing In short I don't see how it gets an energy rating because it's on all the time I want a refund. Easily one of the worst machines I've ever used as it simply doesnt clean clothes. I had to exchange it after 5 days of trying every which way to get clean clothes. But mixing gym wear with other clothes just made all the clothes in the washing machine smell like sweat. The other huge downside is the loads... It says it can take 8kg worth. The machine is professionally installed and on tiles. Though with only 3 bath towels the machine will get stuck on a spin cycle and won't continue to finish the load (whether it's 19minutes or 6 minutes) it wont move past it and just wastes energy until I have to stop the machine. Also the machine really smells - like a toxic rubber smell - it may go away but since I've owned it. It's really bad.

this is the worst washing machine I've ever used. when it spin, it shakes violently. like there is an earthquake. it even damage my wall!

The machine was a little noisey but nothing that would stop me purchasing the unit and washed well but in 6 month the drain pump failed and required replacing. The part was a six week wait or hisense would replace the unit within a week. Unit was not replaced in stead hisense has offered store credit .

I bought this washing machine, A. because it was fairly cheap and B. Because it was Hisense, Id bought one of their TVs and it hasnt given me any trouble, Ive had this washing machine for over 2 months and it does a great job, Im very happy with it.
