The HP ScanJet Enterprise 7000 S2 Sheet-Feed Scanner is blazingly fast at scanning to image PDF files, but turned in a more mortal speed in scanning to searchable PDFs.

Application software must be installed separately; Relatively slow in scanning to searchable PDF
Great piece of equipment that does what it is supposed to, scan stuff. What more do you want. Quick, efficient, and easy to set up.

Trouble free scanners so far.....I have fourteen 5000 and 7000 (almost identical to each other) units mostly in service over one year.
Installed a few of these; No complaints so far from clients
Expensive; Older version software had some problems
