The ease of setup and the performance I have so far is excellent. In the first few days of use P rented out over 2500 pages, and the speed and print output was excellent.

I purchased this a year ago and have been highly disappointed from the beginning. Now our agency has turned off SMBv1 on our servers and Xerox will not help me. I looked at alternative HP printers and realized that everything in this price range will have the same problem.

As a cost-saving gesture, I purchased this printer for a subsidiary office. Also purchased a fine-looking (and poor-performing) HP laptop for similar reasons. We have a Ricoh Aficio in another office that is pushing 8 years old, with heavy service.

This printer is multi-functioning. We have a small office, however, this does so much more for a large capacity. I also found out this printer has it's own emailing system, so you can email documents directly to the printer!!!!

We've had this installed in our small nonprofit office for a couple weeks now. It was pretty easy to set up. We had a few problems connecting it to the office wi-fi network but that probably had more to do with the distance from the router than the printer itself.
