This is literally the DeskJet 2130, which itself is a refresh of old printer technology from an even older printer line. The only difference is updates to software and a different series of ink used, again. It's like chambering a .44 Magnum instead of .50 Magnum in a Desert Eagle, the gun is still crap because nothing else has changed. Sure it prints, but you are seriously better off spending that little extra and getting a much more capable printer, instead of scraping the bottom of the barrel.

A no frills printer for the home. Does the job and nothing more. It does make a lot of noise doing so, like printers of old. The plastic housing is also very fragile and brittle, and within a few months multiple parts have cracked or broken off., none of that covered by warranty. The USB line connection works well with Windows 7, but Windows 10 and MacOs has many issues all the time. Ink cost is reasonable, but is reflected in lousy print quality for anything more than documents. Does it print? Yes, and that's about as far as the benefits go. Definitely get what you pay for.
