I purchased the GoPro Black about a month ago and couldn't be happier. It's stupid simple to work and the images are exceptional. I've noticed that the small size makes the camera less intimidating to others, as opposed to my other "normal" cameras.

When it works , it's great. The auto stabilization is fantastic and videos are very good. The orientation auto-rotate is sketchy (about 1/2 my videos are upside down) and there is no way to rotate your files - not in camera, not in GoPro app, and not in Quik app either, not even in GoPro Plus...
Wow, what a total disappointment! I use these primarily on a motorcycle helmet when riding offroad. The first one locked up completely while filming 2.7/60, so I exchanged it for a new one. Second one also locks up, this past weekend after only 6.5 minutes of shooting video!! SIX MINUTES!!
Buen producto pero pensa en sumar un mont?3n de accesorios. M?-nimo, otra bater?-a y cargador dual.
Compact; Good Video Quality; Lightweight
Poor Batery
One of Go Pro's best cameras yet & a good bundle from Vistek
I purchased 5 months ago and haven't been disappointed with the purchase. I use it daily as a simple dash cam for my driving commute. The Video & Image quality is very good. The camera is very easy to learn and use. The voice controls work great. If you need to shot extended videos.
Don't mistake the Silver for a Hero 7 Black minus a few features – its 4K footage isn't as good as GoPro's flagship. This means it's more like a Hero 7 White that can shoot 4K video, with the same simplified interface and minimalist design, plus GPS and an enhanced photo mode. It's a very solid point-and-shoot action camera, but if you can stretch to the Hero 7 Black or DJI Osmo Action then they're well worth the premium.
Easy to use; Solid 4K video quality; Decent audio quality;
Non-removable battery; Hero7 Black is a significant image quality upgrade;
Mashable Choice highlights the best of everything we cover, have experienced first-hand and would recommend to others. Just when I thought there were no more meaningful ways to improve an action camera, GoPro goes and releases the new Hero 7 Black .
Crazy smooth video stabilization; Easier-to-use touchscreen UI; Vertical video capture; Super simple sharing to Instagram Stories
No real battery improvement; Low-light footage is a little soft
Ever wondered why GoPro's flagship camera is called "the Black" but has always been silver or gray Well, with the Hero 7, the company has righted that wrong. Cognitive dissonance aside, there are a few other things fixed with this year's update, but the big question is: Are they the issues that...
GoPro's latest action camera delivers impressively smooth footage while introducing other welcome features like livestreaming and an enhanced time-lapse mode for an attractive price.
Shoots impressively smooth video; Improved touch controls on viewfinder; TimeWarp feature takes great time-lapse videos; Sharp 4K videos; Great price for a full-featured action camera
Livestreaming could use some tweaks; Fast charging requires you to buy a separate accessory; Still images can be hit-or-miss
