High accuracy GPS and heartrate tracking. Most useful for more serious athletes, otherwise look for something cheaper. Very good battery life and screen.

I did quite a lot of homework before buying this, comparing lots of different brands and models. I really still want sure about any of them though. A lowered price got me to commit, and I'm glad I did. I'm probably only still using a small percentage of what this can do, but I'm already impressed. The heart rate monitor stuff works great, I can track runs and how my fitness is improving, play Spotify without my phone, I can track sleep and how much water I drink, set silent alarms, and lots more. The build quality is also really good and the battery lasts for ages.

The watch has a few features extra than the instinct model I had before. Still find the wrist heart rate function a bit hit and miss but otherwise great watch.
