I am so please I purchased this air conditioner. It is quiet and does a wonderful job of cooling, and when the the weather cools down, I'm confident it will warm just as well. I would have no hesitation in recommending this product to my family and friends.

Have not used the aircon unit yet as the area in which it is installed is not yet in use. Installer messy and in a hurry.

Very quiet system, clean and efficient! Also quiet while cooling my whole 3 bedroom unit from the lounge!

More information needs to be given to installer so they are prepared to complete the job as planned. The installers were good, no issues, aircon working great.
