Fujifilm Instax series recreates the yesteryear memories of Polaroid camera at an affordable price. Though the prints are not as clear and detailed as the images we get from our point and shoot cameras or smartphones, but the payoff of having instant prints in the digital age compensates everything.

Easy to use; auto mode and customisable settings; a value for money product with a vintage touch

Glossy plastic feels a bit cheap; can only load 10 films at a time; flash can overexpose images; expensive films

What a great toy for my wife!

Sure, digital photos are slick and nice, but how about being able to snap things at family gatherings and passing them around /at/ the gathering It's more inspiring when you think about it, and that is what affected us so much.

Lovely photos

I was lucky to purchase this before Christmas 2017 and took a lot of instant photos a few being of my dad who has recently died. I'm so glad I had this camera and some lasting memories that I now won't ever be able to replace.

a while back and the company for sure said that it would be making its world-wide debut around CES 2013. They held true to their promise, and the new Instax is just as fun and awesome as the previous versions were.

Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 Review

Despite the prevalence of high-quality digital cameras, ranging from premium smartphone cameras to high-end mirrorless models, instant film is still quite popular. There's something magical about being able to snap a photo and hang it on the front of your fridge, or hand it off to a friend. There are plenty of instant cameras on the market, some with features aimed at photographers who crave extreme manual control. The Instax Mini 8 ($69.99) is a simple point-and-shoot model that doesn't offer bells and whistles. But it's a perfect choice for budget shoppers, and our Editors' Choice for entry-level models. Design The Mini 8 is a compact instant camera, measuring in at 4.7 by 4.6 by 2.7 inches (HWD) and weighing about 10.8 ounces. It features rounded edges, and is available in a variety of colors. Our review unit is finished in red—Raspberry according to Fuji—but you can also get it in Black, Blue, Grape (purple), Pink, White, and Yellow. Similar Products ...

The Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 is the most affordable instant camera out there, and the perfect choice for casual snappers who want to get out of the digital rut.

Fun, instant film camera; Inexpensive; Uses AA batteries; Bright optical viewfinder; Relatively affordable film; Color and black-and-white film available

Not fully automatic; No selfie mirror; Limited close focus; Awkward shutter placement; Lacks tripod socket
