I have tiles right through the house..this cleaner great it will not leave the tiles wet like mops do..very pleased

Brilliant steamer removes marks so easily with the temperature and amount of steam produced cleaned floor much quicker and easier than other competitors cheap steamers. Worth the extra $s. I havent had a chance to try out the additive as the carton had been opened and the additive wasnt in there but if it makes cleaning better again than i would be amazed.
