I bought this add on camera a couple of weeks ago, as I had initially bought a 2cam+Base unit set and then decided I needed a 3rd camera. I expected the setup to be a breeze as the first set - but I immediately came across some problems and could not get it connect. All the 1st level troubleshooting I tried on my own could not solve the problem. So I contacted Eufy Aus support desk, and they were wonderfully quick in helping me out. Seems that this add on camera is a newer model than my 1st set and thus was no immediately able to connect to the base unit without a firmware upgrade on the base unit. Once I knew that, the rest was easy - I updated the firmware (5 mins work), and then was able to config the new add on camera just as easy. Within 20 mins, it was up and running, and now I have the complete coverage I need. I am very satisfied with the device quality as well as service quality.

Purchased 2 extra cameras to add to my existing Home Base and 2 indoor cameras. Works very well and easy to set up, after a hiccup with the Home Base and the new cameras. The new cameras are Eufy 2 and not compatible with the Home Base. After some searching on the internet found that I needed to contact Eufy with the details of the Home Base, serial no etc so they could upgrade the firmware. After that everything went smooth.

I had purchased a Eufy 4 Camera system some months back and am very pleased thus far. An additional camera is what I wanted to fill in a gap. The service and delivery from JB Hi-Fi was prompt as per the initial order. Camera is easy to configure - all up and running in no time
