I bought this a few weeks ago and it works great. Not sure why the other reviewers can’t get it to work. It’s simple. Easy to install. Quality is exceptional in both physically and it’s output. I’m happy.

Purchased camera, had the electrician install it. Took him about 20 minutes. Set up was super simple, works great, good cloud storage in eufy account. Easy to delete and clear stored images if not needed.

I bought 5 of these. Easy to install and setup. No false alarms. The Model number T8420 doesn’t do human detection but there is a model T8420X that does. I 3 out of 5 of the cameras I bought that have the X at the end. They setup differently, have different firmware numbers (completely different) and slightly different menu features. On the Eufy website they do not differentiate between these two models and the local Eufy rep had no idea what I was talking about. In the end, they work and work well.

I've had this just installed and so easy to set up need 240 volts power so basically wire it in Free service no plans easy to navigate through the app very responsive when getting alerts can't complain about it at all and also the lights are super bright

I purchased this item to make my property more secure. The floodlights are fantastic and operate well. The camera is even better. Operates immediately and sends notifications to my phone. The video recording is excellent. When the floodlight comes on the video turns from black and white into colour vision. Initially had problems trying to connect to the Eufy app but worked once the sim was removed from my mobile phone. The only downside is I have alot of footage of my cat who keeps activating it, which prevents me from turning on the alarm.

Just installed a week ago. Very easy to install and just swap out my old floodlight. Night vision is relatively clear comparing to my Arlo 2 and my Ring cameras. The app opens very quick whenever I receive notification unlike Ring which takes forever. So far very happen with Eufy Floodlight. I might replace my parents’ Ring cameras with Eufy.
