We have been using these printers for several years and they work day after day with no problem. We have just added another cash register that needed a printer and, to my knowledge, there is no better choice than Epson.

I own 3 of these bad boys, all are working over USB. Considering that other Point of Sales printers cost a lot more, this one is definitely worth the buy!

This unit is very capable and for the price very worth it; No issues with the 3 I own; Most of the other reviews are misleading; I purchased 3 parallel cables worried that the USB wasn't going to work; Well the USB interface works fine once the drivers are installed on the computer.

The only con is that once the printer has been sent a job, it takes a second for the printer to communicate with the computer; It certainly prints quick, but only after it receives the data

First impressions The Epson TM-T88 printer series is at least half a dozen models in now. Here we have the fifth take on this printer, and I would say that by now things have improved in terms of looks and performance.

There is no power supply that ships with this receipt printer even though it says "Input Voltage 24 V AC" doesn't mean anything. When I called Customer Support and was transferred 3 times, I was told it specifically states that the power supply is not included on the website, which it does not.
