It didn't come with an instruction booklet & we can't get this to work continuously. Even using youtube we can't get the paper to line up correctly so that it will keep printing from page to page. Anyone able to help

Arrived as expected, replaced existing older model, with no issues

Description says it can pull up to 5-part carbon copy. I have a 4-part and it would not feed. After speaking with I.T. 8x and being hung up on 2x, I'm returning the printer and it is less than a week old from the box.

An excellent supplier. All the information I required about the product was displayed clearly online before I purchased, so no nasty surprises! Printerland was the cheapest supplier I could find for the particular model of printer I was after. It arrived promptly the next day in excellent condition.

We bought this printer in December of 2017, first of all, it was IMPOSSIBLE to get installed and connected. Here we are not even a year later, the printer has uninstalled itself from all of our computers...and we can't get it reinstalled. INVEST IN ONE OF THE MORE EXPENSIVE PRINTERS AND SAVE MONEY.
