Fantasti printer, awful registration experience

The printer was easy to unpack and set up. The ink bottles are easy to use and don't require any effort, apart from ensuring the colours match the containers. I liked the fact it gave an estimate of time required to install and initialize the printer. I like the buttons which are easy to use.

Good value printer

"This is the second time we have bought this printer, having previously purchased one for our daughter. It does a good job, printing is clear and easy once everything is set up. It was a bit difficult to read the small screen (especially symbols) when connecting laptops etc.

Avoid rip-off ink prices

I confess to a love/hate relationship with Epson. Their printers always hold so much promise, but the struggle to avoid spending a fortune on ink has been a constant feature of my relationship with them.

THink Tank

Bought this to replace 5 year old HP inkjet that just stopped working due to WiFi compatibility, such is the march of progress. Tidy package, not too difficult to set up and after 30 mins we were printing. Like the ink system, refills are incredibly cheap.

EPSON - Very poor quality printer and no support

Great printer initially, but two terminal failures in 18 months. The first was within a couple of months, it couldn't be repaired and was replaced; the second last week. It came up with "Set Jig. Set OK [BT" suddenly in the middle of printing two sheets.

Epson EcoTank Expression Multi-Function Printer - ET-2750 ET-2750 review

The Epson Expression ET-2750 EcoTank All-in-One Supertank Printer has a basic feature set, but can save you money in the long run thanks to its insanely low ink costs.

Comes with an abundant ink supply; Very low costs for replacement ink; SD-card reader; Wi-Fi Direct connectivity.

High up-front price for a printer with its capabilities; Modest paper capacity; Tiny, non-touch display; Lacks Ethernet; No fax or automatic document feeder.

Epson EcoTank Expression Multi-Function Printer - ET-2750 ET-2750 review

The Epson EcoTank ET-2750 is a great, speedy printer option if you’re planning on doing lots of printing. It has a high up-front cost, but the ink bottles are such good value that you’ll be saving plenty of money in the long-run.

Incredibly cheap to run, Good print quality, Fast print speeds, Versatile and easy to use, You need a colour printer, with a scanner and copier In addition to having enough ink to print out an entire forest’s worth of paper, you can scan and copy with the ET-2570 as well.

High initial cost, No automatic document feeder, You don’t print hundreds and hundreds of pages every month If you’re a light user, then the value of super-low running costs might be lost on you – a model such as the Epson XP-7100 might be more suitable.

Epson Expression ET-2750 EcoTank All-in-One Supertank Printer Review

Unlike the business-oriented models in its WorkForce Line, Epson's Expression products are largely intended for home use, and the Expression ET-2750 EcoTank All-in-One Supertank Printer ($299.99) is true to that model. Although it is priced higher than similarly equipped conventional all-in-one printers, it comes with a large volume of ink and has incredibly low running costs thanks to its use of bottled ink that is poured into tanks built into the printer. This puts it in the same class as Brother's INKvestment printers such as the Editors' Choice Brother MFC-J985DW, which uses high-volume yet low-priced ink cartridges to keep running costs down, and Canon's MegaTank models, which use a bottled-ink system similar to Epson's. The ET-2750's limited feature set makes it best for home use, and in that role it can save a household a lot of money over time. A Basic Home All-in-One The ET-2750 ($329.00 at Amazon) can print, copy, and scan, but not fax. It measures 9.4 by 14.8 by 13.7 i...
