My previous monitor was a 14yr old Eizo L565 17" and was very good, but starting to show its age. After spending weeks reading comparisons, seeing reviews on Amazon and rejecting various options, I found this one. Very well packaged, set up extremely quickly, and looks great.

A great one for citical work. Excellent software for calibration. The hood is great (though I'm using a hood from my old Eizo CG222W). Controls and performance are improved over CG222.

To get the best results from this superb monitor you really do have to make sure you install the Color Navigator software that is provided and also get yourself a Datacolor Spyder to get total accuracy of colour management.
