I love this vaccum! I use it at a house I clean for was hooked had to buy my own lol. Glad I did it's the only vaccum I use now. I have mostly wood floors some area rugs and 2 dogs it's perfect!! Reccomend it for sure you won't be disappointed!!!

Very pleased with our purchase especially as bought on Black Friday with ￡100 off. Very easy to use. Emptying bin bit fiddly but sure we will get used to it. Only goes for few minutes on maximum suction so don't be alarmed when it stops when only using for few minutes but manual does tell you this...

It's a great vacuum. I just hate the fact it only runs for around 30 minutes before you have to recharge it. And hair gets caught around the roller and it's a pain to get out again. Plus holding onto the vacuum and pressing the on button constantly, gives you a sore hand and I'm young!

Rotating head picks up everything in shag rug and is easy to push around without putting in much effort.

I gave this only 4 stars as I am going to return it. I am an elderly lady with knee problems and I loved the quality of this item and the power it has but it is a little too heavy for me to use I need one that will stand all by its self if I need to stop in the middle of the room to pick something...
