I was excited to get a Dyson product but when I purchased my Dyson pure Hot/Cool product I was very disappointed. I revisited Good Guys to speak with the salesman again about my $600 purchase. I have a small lounge room but you have to be sitting about 2 feet away - NO more to get any cool air blow on you. It doesnt cool the room at all. My $40 old pedestal fan did a better job. So much money, so much disappointment

I purchased the Dyson hot and cold fan 6 mths ago. So far I love the cools you down without blowing you away. I cant wait for winter to try out heater part

I brought this heater over 12 months ago and cannot fault it. We use it all year round for heating and cooling and is so convenient that we can control it using our iPhones from the lounge. It is more efficient that our split system so use it instead on most nights.

I’m not one for insincere reviews - and genuinely find reading them helpful in deciding weather I will buy a product or not! Honestly; although this is now the older model - I couldn’t rave about it more (I can’t imagine how incredible the newest model must be!!) The sheer thought and technology they have put into creating this machine is extremely impressive! I purchased this product to keep our baby safe throughout winter with clean, warm air (I dislike the thought of using a rental property air conditioner immensely) and wow. I love going into her room now because it is just so comfortable and clean. She seems to sleep better now too, which I love. Her bedroom is on the small side, so it works perfectly for the space. I hope this is helpful for someone :)

Bought for over a month now, didn’t notice any changes with my asthma/allergic rhinitis (aka hayfever) but works well as a heater in a small space. Cooling is alright but you’d still need air conditioning.
