ok machine

I purchased this vacuum in October 2017. I have to say that I am disappointed with it. The turbine floor tool does not pick up anything. Nothing. It blows everything around. Once I switch to the hardfloor tool then debris is picked up but I cannot vacuum my shag area rug with it.

In love!!

I love Dysons.... And have had one since they first came out. Recently, my most recent one stopped working to its full potential and I have been going crazy trying to clean up kitz fluff and other sneaky floor stuff. So, finally, today, I bought myself a new one.

Quite heavy but good performance

We already have a Dyson Cordless Hoover but have become disappointed with it primarily due to its short battery life. We are already on its second battery pack too. Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Animal Canister Review

Canister vacuums have evolved and at the forefront of this evolution is the Dyson brand that seems to keep on pushing the boundaries of their products. Earlier models used a washable filter that will last the life of the vacuum.

No filters to clean; More compact that older Dyson canister vacuums; Larger bin; Improved bin design makes this easier and less messy to empty; Comes with an adapter to that will make tools on older Dysons fit

Short hose; Very expensive; Main cleaning tool has no motor; Short power cord

Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Animal + Allergy vacuum review

Dyson had one of the best bagless vacuums on the market before this latest redesign to remove the filter. Now that we don't need to worry about cleaning and replacing a filter, it makes this vac even better because it means it is maintenance free.

Great suction; No filters or bags to replace or clean; 5 year warranty; Built in hose; Long cord; Incuded tools and storage bag

Expensive; Dirt bin capacity is pretty low

This rolling barrel vacuum is the result of customer feedback and design improvements to deliver the best possible experience. And Dyson has nailed it once again. The problem with a regular barrel vacuum cleaner is they don't always want to follow you.

This latest vacuum from Dyson may not feature revolutionary new tech, but it does benefit from years of innovation from the vacuum-maker, with a bagless design and a built-in filter that requires no cleaning or placement.

4.1 ft extension rod for high spot cleaning; Big bin; Ball won't flip

Expensive; Fairly large in terms of occupying storage space
