bght a brand new Gaming lap, its gone really bad, crashes ,stuck , screen goes black, freeze up

It runs games quietly compared to the acer nitro 5, it runs games at very stable frames. It also feels like quality material was used to make this laptop. Battery runs very well with the discrete graphics card turned off. Would easily recommend this to anyone with this price range, as it also features a camera, which is good for my university.

The compactness of the machine coupled with the Intel chip and ram size makes it a pure pleasure to play my games on.
