First off, didnt realize the digital timer is not a true 24 hr that you set and forget - it's a delayed start and stop that you have to do every time. But worse, when it delay start, there is a loud beep that will wake you in the quietness of the night. The one who designed this has not thought it through at all. Pity, as the digital thermostat allows you to set a temperature unlike the usual arbitrary low, medium high. If they fix this major timer flaw, I will come back to this model. But I had to swap this for another model with an analogue 24hr timer. The heater swap experience at the O'Connor store in Perth is another story, that I have described on Google reviews.

Excellent quality, stylish design and exactly what we needed for our daughters bedroom. Top features include the digital temperature gauge so theres no guessing involved, timer to set on for cold early mornings and its as quiet as a mouse. Teeny tiny negatives would be the beeping when pressing the buttons (although theyre not loud enough to wake a sleeping child), its a bit hard to move on carpet (another handle would fix this) and you cant set the timer to turn on and then off (its one or the other). These things would not deter me from buying it again, nor recommending it! Its a fantastic product and worth every cent!!
