This is our third De Longhi coffee machine. It is super simple to use. It produces great frothed milk for cappuccinos and gives heaps of variety of coffee options with the swipe of a finger. I use decaf so the updated grounds section is good. I even had our old one repaired and gave it to my son who had the first one still! Highly recommend De Longhi.
