This was an upgrade to my old machine, which was fully automatic (JURA ENA90). The coffee tastes strong and was well worth the upgrade. The automatic milk frother was the only thing that let the machine down a little, so I prefer to froth my own coffee. I don't have much bench space, but I was also impressed with the small foot print. Overall, a great machine at a great price - highly recommend

Had many coffee machines and I've sent so.e back, but this has to be the best. First you have auto or manual frother and yes it really does give you a cappuccino! It will take a little time to set up but then brilliant. Tamping is constant, you can pre soak your coffee in group head if you want. Grinder is much improved on other model and water tank is large. Only issue I have is cleaning the rubber seal around the porta filter, old coffee tends to build up. You need a brush to remove it. Yes I would definitely recommend, but it is expensive!

Great coffee machine that allows you to manually get the right coffee blend for your taste. Easy to use and very sleek design. Highly recommended.

I wasn't impressed with this coffee machine after the first day. The coffee was week and watery, the settings didn't suit my coffee beans, the grinding adjustment was wrong. After watching a few introduction videos from DeLonghi I manage to adjust and personalize every function of the machine. Now I can make a perfect barista cappuccino without leaving my home! I just love this coffee machine! Maybe it's a bit pricy but it's worth it. A very good addition to the Delonghi family. I'm very impressed with the LatteCrema (milk frothing system), don't need to use the manual milk steaming wand unless you really want cafe-grade milk. Overall a very good coffee machine!

Absolutely love this machine! So easy to use and getting the grind right for different beans is actually really simple. I love the inbuilt tamp and getting to set personalised coffee makes. Being able to get the coffee ground then just press a button and walk away for the perfect long black is just brilliant. The milk steamer for automatic milk is easy to use and prompts cleaning the tube after use also loving being able to pop the sealed jug into the fridge to use the rest of the milk later. I used to be a barista and getting to do everything from scratch including steaming the milk is just so satisfying - iv actually started coming home for lunch just to have a fresh coffee to get through the afternoon. I cannot recommend this machine enough and my partner is also just loving having a ‘proper’ coffee machine at home.

I absolutely love this machine! After working from home this year, I was missing my morning barista coffee (the instant just wasn’t cutting it anymore!) and this machine has been the answer to this. This DeLonghi machine is easy to use and produces great coffee every time – even if you aren’t an expert barista (like myself!). I have made coffee for friends and family with this machine and they all agree it’s as good as you get in the café! When I first received the machine, there was a bit of trial and error in order to find the right grind, dose and temperature however the quick start guide and coffee guide that came with the machine really helped get it to the right place. Everything is very straight forward and easy to use, making it less overwhelming than some of the other coffee machines out there if this is your first time buying one of these machines. The automatic milk frother is handy but I do prefer the froth the milk manually in order to get the ratio of coff
