This is the best headset i have ever owned its not to heavy and not to light. I would recommend this to everyone. The sound quality is great, battery life is great. You would get at least a day usage with RGB on and 2 days with RGB off. I am a competitive gamer and this headset is great. Also great for like discord.

Good battery life, charges quick, good range and very good sound quailty. Have not had the same issues with charging lead, very good connection doesn't fall out

I have had them for over 4 years and I just changed the battery now as it began to go flat very quickly - the software isn't the best but the hardware quality is top notch (you can get higher capacity batteries and the change is very easy).

Bought this for my ps5. Comes with a dongle and seemed to connect to the headset immediately. Manual asks to charge fully before using for the first time indicated by a green led light. I charged for 8 hours and still the led light showed amber. It also asks to remove charging cable shortly after it is fully charged. Upon investigation this is a problem with the headset as far back as 2018 were it may get to 80% or 90% charge (scene via their forums acknowledged by the company) posts as recent as a couple of months ago show this a ongoing problem. Will return this product tomorrow.

recharge connection on ear quickly get loose and (with gravity) recarge cable falls/ disconnects. recharge doesnt hold long enough althought sound quality is good. also when recharge disconnects it shut down itself (due to misconnection not low battery). stay away. definetely design mistake.
