We use the 3cx system in our offices along with these phones. They are smart looking phones with lots of features. Only critisism would be that some people have said they sound quiet.
This is the best Cisco VOIP ever made. As soon as they add a cordless option and a larger screen this phone will be the best thing Cisco has ever made for small businesses.
So I made the mistake of purchasing these phones before I talked about my service options. They did NOT work on my network. Long story short I went with a telecom provider by the name of comvoice. They have been great and even bought the cisco phones from me and gave me some better yealink phones.
As described - powered up and functioning properly. Clean transaction. No shipment problems.
I just purchased this phone in hoping it will help me being as I have damaged hearing and use hearing aids. Hoping I can link my hearing aid which are Bluetooth compatible...to this phone. Update in a few days.
Provisioning the phone is similar to the Linksys SPA phones. If you've ever had to provision a SPA-94x, the web interface to the Cisco branded phone will look and operate in a similar manner.
Works exactly as expected; Excellent sound quality, VERY loud amplification when using a headset or Bluetooth; High quality look and feel; No echo (thus far) like that experienced with the lower end Linksys SPA-941 phones
It's much more expensive than the Linksys brand of SPAxxx phones; but in the end it's proven to be worth the cost
So far, I like it better that my previous Polycom phone, specially the color screen. I'm not too sure about the voice quality. The Polycom has a very crisp tone compared to this one.
The Cisco SPA525G2s provide built-in wifi and bluetooth, along with a beautiful color addressable screen. Lots of advanced options, programmable soft-keys, and remote provisioning options make these a perfect phone for the more demanding user.
Highly Compatible; Improves Performance; Professional Quality

I've been using voip desk phones for a number of years. This is a great phone with lots of features. Pairs with cell phone and bluetooth headset, so you can use it for handsfree talking. Also has some questionable bells and whistles, such as playing mp3s from a memory stick (why would you bother).
Great Voip Phone for Business
