I bought this for my son a few months ago to help with a class project. It's not the strongest telescope in the world, but for the price range it's great. Good for kids.

Amazon Verified Purchase ( What's this? ) The smaller eyepiece for finding the object you want is easier to use than the larger for detailed viewing, but this is a very nice starter telescope for your kids.

i bought this a present for my boyfriend as he said he would like to start looking at the stars and moon etc and its fantastic. fantastic instructions, what to look for and where, how to adjust the telescope. its just great.

I hesitated buying this due to the large number of astronomical websites saying that the Alt-Azimuth mount was not a wise choice for a beginner and they clearly favoured the equatorial mount.

It is a good product, it is an amazing experience, and these telescopes feature portable yet powerful designs.

Nice telescope  from New Jersey–  We got this telescope for our grandkids to use. My husband put it together and he felt like it is a really good product and the kids love it. This is something we feel they will grow into and learn a lot from. My order went great and we will shop with Wayfair again.
