I was extremely excited to get this new scanner. When I scanned a duplex / multi-page document (my norm) - it would feed from the front & not back - so you place pages 6,5,4, etc into the scanner and you get scan & returned 2,1, 4,3, 6,5 always an incorrect scan and manipulating the document.
